I hold a Master’s degree in Dietetics from the University of Northern Colorado and have broad clinical experience, which I use to tailor your care to your daily life and busy schedule. We’ll look at your health as a whole and break it into doable wins—better sleep, steadier energy, improved hydration and digestion, and more variety in the kitchen—so you feel confident and in control.

We’ll start by getting to know you—reviewing your medical history, any recent lab work, and your long-term health aspirations. Because I work holistically, we will also explore the foundations of your health, including your energy levels, sleep patterns, and stress. From there, we’ll dive into your current lifestyle and relationship with food to identify where you need the most support. We’ll conclude by building a collaborative plan of action with practical, achievable steps, ensuring you leave the session feeling confident and ready for the next step in your journey.
