I’m a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care & Education Specialist who keeps nutrition practical and personalized. We’ll start with your real life—routines, preferences, and challenges—and set clear, realistic goals. I use evidence-based coaching, simple meal frameworks, and supportive accountability to build sustainable habits around blood sugar, weight, and digestion. When appropriate, I coordinate weight-loss medications with your care team and translate them into day-to-day food strategies. You’ll leave each visit with specific next steps you can use immediately.

Your First Session

Our first session is a dedicated space to focus entirely on your health and goals. We’ll start by getting to know you—reviewing your medical history, any recent lab work, and your long-term health aspirations. Because I work holistically, we will also explore the foundations of your health, including your energy levels, sleep patterns, and stress. From there, we’ll dive into your current lifestyle and relationship with food to identify where you need the most support. We’ll conclude by building a collaborative plan of action with practical, achievable steps, ensuring you leave the session feeling confident and ready for the next step in your journey.
