I’m a Registered Dietitian with 12 years of experience and a Master’s in Dietetics and Nutrition. My passion lies in fitness, weight management, and disease prevention. Many of the people I work with come to me feeling stuck—eating less, exercising more, but not seeing results. I provide clear guidance and accountability to help you move forward with confidence. With small, consistent changes, you can create lasting results—and I’ll be there to guide you every step of the way.

Your First Session

Our first session is a dedicated space to focus entirely on your health and goals. We’ll start by getting to know you—reviewing your medical history, any recent lab work, and your long-term health aspirations. Because I work holistically, we will also explore the foundations of your health, including your energy levels, sleep patterns, and stress. From there, we’ll dive into your current lifestyle and relationship with food to identify where you need the most support. We’ll conclude by building a collaborative plan of action with practical, achievable steps, ensuring you leave the session feeling confident and ready for the next step in your journey.
