With over 27 years of experience, I bring a unique blend of clinical precision and culinary creativity to my practice. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Texas Christian University (TCU) and have advanced culinary training, which allows me to help clients translate "doctor’s orders" into delicious, doable meals. My background spans clinical nutrition, health coaching, and food service, giving me a deep understanding of food from every angle. As a mom to a busy teenager, I personally understand the challenge of balancing work and family life, and I love helping families find healthy rhythms that work for everyone.

From there, we’ll dive into your current lifestyle and relationship with food to identify where you need the most support. We’ll conclude by building a collaborative plan of action with practical, achievable steps, ensuring you leave the session feeling confident and ready for the next step in your journey.
