I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Health Coach with over 20 years of diverse clinical experience helping people transform their health through realistic, lasting nutrition changes. I am fully bilingual in English and Spanish and deeply enjoy partnering with clients from all walks of life and cultural backgrounds.

In our sessions, I utilize a diverse blend of evidence-based modalities—including intuitive eating, meal planning, motivational interviewing, and exploring the mind-body connection. We will focus on what we can do to support your health sustainably, prioritizing progress over perfection. Your First Session

Our first session is a dedicated space to focus entirely on your health and goals. We’ll start by getting to know you—reviewing your medical history, any recent lab work, and your long-term health aspirations. Because I work holistically, we will also explore the foundations of your health, including your energy levels, sleep patterns, and stress. From there, we’ll dive into your current lifestyle and relationship with food to identify where you need the most support. We’ll conclude by building a collaborative plan of action with practical, achievable steps, ensuring you leave the session feeling confident and ready for the next step in your journey.
