I’m a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s in Nutrition and Human Performance, a Doctor of Chiropractic, and a yoga and Pilates instructor for over 15 years. I take a holistic, science-based approach to health—bridging nutrition, movement, and mindfulness to help you feel your best. I work with clients managing diabetes, heart disease, hormone and digestive issues, and weight concerns. My focus is to help you cut through the confusion, tune into your body, and build habits that truly last.

Your First Session

Our first session is a dedicated space to focus entirely on your health and goals. We’ll start by getting to know you—reviewing your medical history, any recent lab work, and your long-term health aspirations. Because I work holistically, we will also explore the foundations of your health, including your energy levels, sleep patterns, and stress. From there, we’ll dive into your current lifestyle and relationship with food to identify where you need the most support. We’ll conclude by building a collaborative plan of action with practical, achievable steps, ensuring you leave the session feeling confident and ready for the next step in your journey.
