  • My goal is to help you build a sustainable, trusting relationship with food and your body. I believe nutrition should support your life—not control it. My approach is rooted in a non-diet, evidence-based framework that prioritizes balance over restriction. Whether we are managing complex conditions like Type 2 Diabetes, heart health, or high blood pressure, I focus on what we can add to your plate rather than what to eliminate.

Using techniques like motivational interviewing, I work collaboratively with you to address not just what you eat, but how sleep, stress, and your relationship with food impact your overall well-being. When you work with me, expect a judgment-free space where we create realistic, adaptable strategies that account for your culture, traditions, and real life.

  • II bring over 13 years of diverse healthcare experience to my practice. My journey began as a Hospital Corpsman in the U.S. Navy , followed by years working as a Neurodiagnostic Technologist. This extensive medical background gave me a profound appreciation for how the body works and the importance of compassionate care.

I completed my Master of Science in Human Nutrition at Texas State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Since then, I have worked as a Clinical Dietitian in rehabilitation settings, helping patients navigate recovery, diabetes management, and renal health. I am passionate about translating complex clinical science into practical tools that help you feel heard, respected, and supported.
