I’m a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s in Nutrition and Human Performance, a Doctor of Chiropractic, and a yoga and Pilates instructor for over 15 years. I take a holistic, science-based approach to health—bridging nutrition, movement, and mindfulness to help you feel your best. I work with clients managing diabetes, heart disease, hormone and digestive issues, and weight concerns.
