Whether your goal is weight management, improving blood sugar, or healing your relationship with food, we’ll create a personalized plan that works for your real life — one that’s sustainable, flexible, and confidence-building.

  • I’m Shar’Ron P. Willis, MHA, RDN, LDN, a Registered and Licensed Dietitian with over 15 years of experience helping individuals and families transform their health through realistic, compassionate nutrition care.

    I earned my Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Louisiana Tech University, completed my Dietetic Internship at Southern University and A&M College, and earned my Master of Health Administration from Louisiana State University Shreveport. My career has included leadership roles in hospitals, senior living, and public health, and I was honored with the 2025 Louisiana WIC Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Award of Excellence for advancing maternal and child health outcomes.

    Today, I’m passionate about helping clients take charge of their well-being with balance and grace — whether that means managing a chronic condition, supporting a healthy pregnancy, or creating sustainable lifestyle habits. My goal is to make nutrition feel simple, empowering, and deeply personal — so you can feel your best every day.
